2024 AFCC Conference Registration

 Registration fees cover all events including:

• Plenary program

• Breakout sessions

• Poster presentations

• Workshop sessions

• Fireside chat

• Coffee and snack breaks

• Breakfasts

• Luncheons

• All receptions

• All conference proceedings and awards

All speakers, moderators, poster presenters, sponsors and exhibitor personnel must register individually. They will have their registration fees waived but ALL must register.   

Exhibitor Registrants:  The number of personnel who can register is related to the size of tabletop and/or booth that was purchased.

Sponsor Registrants:  The number of personnel who can register related to your Sponsorship agreement.  

Press Registrants:  Reporters from established media are welcome to attend on a complementary basis.  In order to qualify for press registrant, you must be a full-time employee of a publication.

Cancellation Policy:  If you need to cancel attendance to the AFCC Conference on or before October 10, 2023, all the amount is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee.

Registrants canceling on or after October 11, 2023 will receive a 50% refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's membership status.

In the event that AFCC must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, AFCC will refund the cost of registration. However, AFCC does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses including charges made for travel and lodging.
